Shipping Policy
UK Delivery We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £50. Orders under £50 are subject to a standard delivery charge at checkout.
Delivery Times
- Standard delivery: 3–5 working days
- Express delivery: 1–2 working days (where available)
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be processed the next working day.
Order Confirmation Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. When your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number where available.
International Shipping We currently ship to the UK only. International shipping will be available soon.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe please contact us at hello@bio-sync.co.uk and we will investigate immediately.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Bio-Sync cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
