We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bio-Sync purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer returns under the following conditions.
Eligibility We accept returns within28 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition as received
We are unable to accept returns on any opened or used products. This is for hygiene and safety reasons and applies to all supplements, devices and accessories.
How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve this immediately.
